Dark Blue & Dark Pink Chettinad Cotton Saree

Description

Dark Blue colored saree with dark pink borders on both top and bottom sides of the saree. Very comfortable and breathable material, and is suitable for wearing all year round.  The borders have traditional golden zari work and simple light pallu with lines running vertically from top to bottom. There is no blouse piece attached to this specific saree. The saree is plain with no butta work. However the contrast colors dark blue and dark pink and the zari work featuring traditional geometric shapes makes the saree extremely beautiful. The saree is light in weight, pure cotton and is 60’s count thread material.

Wash and Care – Hand wash the cotton saree using mild detergent or give it for dry cleaning.

Store the cotton saree in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging them for extended periods. Instead, fold the sarees and place them in a cotton or muslin cloth bag to protect them from dust and pests.
