Dark Green & Red Chettinad Cotton Saree

Description

Dark green colored saree with red borders on both top and bottom sides of the sari. The border on the top and bottom are of same width. Very comfortable and breathable material, and is suitable for wearing all year round. The borders have traditional beautiful golden zari work and has a simple light pallu with light green lines running vertically from top to bottom. The saree has a blouse piece attaché dto it and is 6.2 meters long. The craftsmen have used two different colored threads to create beautiful traditional motifs I the saree and these buttas are evenly distributed. The contrast colors dark green and red look perfect together. The tassels on both end smakes the saree look even more beautiful. The saree is made up of pure cotton and it is 60’s count thread material.

Wash and Care – Hand wash the cotton saree using mild detergent or give it for dry cleaning.Store the cotton saree in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging them for extended periods. Instead, fold the sarees and place them in a cotton or muslin cloth bag to protect them from dust and pests.
