All orders placed on COD only can be requested for cancellation that too within 5 hours of placing the order. Cancellation request must be sent to our email ID- customercare@nakshfashion
Only if a wrong product has been sent to you, a request for exchange can be requested and that to within 24 hours of receiving the package and there will be no refund, only exchange. We do not have any refund policy. And if you are requesting for an exchange and if the new product if you purchase is for a lesser price there will be no refund. And if you take a product that costs more than the price you paid early then you will have to pay the extra price for getting it shipped. Please note there will be no exchange / refund if the product has been damaged while opening etc.
No return / refund / cancellation on discounted items. However if you have received a package that has been damaged while transportation to you then you must sent us a video of the package, you must not have opened it only then you can request for a replacement or exchange.
